Customers may pay their monthly energy bills by e-check. Unlike credit card payments which are limited to payments less than $1000, no limits apply to balances paid by e-check. This convenience is offered to BrightRidge residential and commercial customers at no additional cost.

- By phone using our automated attendant system at 423-952-5272, option #2.
