Get Connected on the Go

To accommodate the increasing number of customers engaging Johnson City Power Board (JCPB) online and with mobile devices, we have engaged in a partnership with National Information Solutions Cooperative (NISC) to offer SmartHub, a mobile and web application that connects users with account information. SmartHub is currently available for JCPB account holders and may be downloaded through the Google Play Store or Apple’s App Store.

Currently, SmartHub offers convenient access to a number of features including the ability to easily view/pay bills, catch up on utility news, view service status, and contact us. Soon SmartHub will also offer the ability to access detailed usage and billing information, JCPB social media, and an outage map to track restoration efforts during outage events. Ultimately, the web app version of SmartHub will replace JCPB’s current E-Bill website ensuring a consistent online user experience across all devices.
